Complex Laminating

Major phone manufacturer was looking for a tape that would bond a silicone base to various types of point of purchase countertops. The part needed to have a printed message stating this side to the product. Lastly, the final parts needed to be bagged individually with an alcohol wipe, heat-sealed, and have a 3"x2" label added on the outside (which included many text fields, with each having a corresponding barcode).

Samples were sent and tested. Once a solution was met the Saunders team went to work with their Autocad skills and designed a custom cut solution that would fit the customers' needs. Once these issues were worked through discussions continued as the finished parts were then bagged individually with an alcohol wipe, heat-sealed, and have a 3"x2" label added on the outside (which included many test fields, with each having a corresponding barcode).
